The Story Behind EzyToolz

My name is Satish Kattamuri, and I am a frontend developer, graphic designer and digital marketer from India.

I spend a lot of time working online, and for years I did what most people do – bounced between a dozen different websites just to finish basic tasks. Compress a PDF on one site, generate a QR code on another, convert an image somewhere else. Each site had its own interface, its own limits, and its own paywall the moment you needed something slightly more than the bare minimum.

It was not just inconvenient. It was a genuine waste of time. So one day I decided to solve it – not just for myself, but for anyone else who felt the same way.

That decision became EzyToolz – a single platform with everything in one place, free, with no artificial limits and no signup required.

Built by a Developer, Tested by Real Use

Being a frontend developer meant I could build the interface. Being a regular user of these tools meant I understood exactly what was missing in the ones that already existed. Every tool on EzyToolz went through the same filter: does it actually work the way a real user needs it to?

Some tools took a day. Some took much longer. There were tools I rebuilt from scratch because the first version was not good enough – not broken, just not accurate enough or simple enough for someone unfamiliar with the technical side. I kept going until each one worked the way it should.

Today, EzyToolz has 200+ tools across six categories – PDF tools, image tools, text tools, financial calculators, business utilities, and general calculators. And it is still growing.

What EzyToolz Is

EzyToolz is a free, browser-based tools platform. There is nothing to install, no account to create, and nothing to pay for. Every tool is designed to work instantly – you open it, you use it, you get your result.

Who EzyToolz Is For

EzyToolz is built for anyone who works with digital files and needs things done without friction:

• Students compressing documents and photos for college admission portals

No technical knowledge required. If you can click a button, you can use any tool on this site.

Your Privacy Is Not Negotiable

Most EzyToolz tools process files entirely within your browser. Your documents — PDFs, images, spreadsheets — are not uploaded to any server. Processing happens locally on your device, which means your data stays with you.

For tools that use external APIs or require server-side processing, files are processed immediately and permanently deleted afterwards. We do not store your data, log your files, or share anything with third parties.
