How to Convert Excel to PDF Online

Limitations to Know Before Converting
This tool converts Excel data and table structure to PDF. It works well for most spreadsheets with tabular data, numbers, and text.
However, the following may not convert as expected:
Charts and graphs — these are not rendered in the PDF output. Only the raw data table is converted.
Complex cell formatting — merged cells, color fills, conditional formatting, and custom fonts are not preserved. The PDF output uses a clean table style.
Formulas — formula results are converted as plain text values. The formulas themselves are not visible or active.
If your spreadsheet relies heavily on these features, consider exporting to PDF directly from Excel or Google Sheets for full formatting fidelity.
